Visit & evaluation
We schedule a convenient time to view your apartment, assess its condition, and confirm its suitability for our portfolio. There’s no obligation at this stage, we simply align expectations.
Terms agreement
If the property fits, we agree on a fixed monthly rent and the contract duration. Our offer is based on a fair market assessment and our in‑house revenue model, not on seasonal speculation.
Contract signing & payment
We formalise the long‑term lease, sign the agreement, and initiate the first rental payment. From this moment, your income is contractual and guaranteed, not dependent on guest bookings.
Guaranteed passive income
We take over the apartment completely, guest stays, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs and pay you the agreed rent every month, 365 days a year. You stop worrying about vacancies, non‑payments, or property upkeep.
